Negeri Sembilan is one of the 13 states that constitute Malaysia. It is located on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia, just south of Kuala Lumpur and is bordered in the north by Selangor, in the east by Pahang and in the south by Malacca and Johor.
The history behind the name of Negeri Sembilan is the nine districts or known as luak and the origin of its people is from Minangkabau.
The nine districts:
1. Jelebu
2. Inas
3. Johol
4. Rembau
5. Sungai Ujong
6. Tampin
7. Jempol
8. Ulu Muar
9. Gunung Pasir
